It is only in the visible light spectrum frequency range of 390 to 780 nanometers (nm) that life on earth can develop and prosper. Our life is increasingly subjected to negative influences from our technological achievements whose frequency patterns generally lie outside the natural light spectrum. What is particularly important is more than 90 percent of our life is spent in artifical environments where we are constantly subjected to this unnatural radiation.
