COSMIC ENERGIES We are surrounded by and are an intimate part of an infinite ocean of cosmic energy. This non-physical energy permeates all things, and all living things depend on it for their continued life and health. It is called Prana by the Hindus, Chi by the Chinese, Mana by the Hawaiians. In addition to its own intelligence, the energy works in cooperation with your higher self to ensure that you receive the benefits that are most appropriate for you. Some S.U. Note about meditation: The S.U.N Network considers meditation to be the key foundation of daily practice — which then can be supplemented with energywork. Meditation helps manifest our own inner divinity — that spark of God that is in all of us. We refer here to ancient classical practices such as mantra, visualization, or mindfulness meditation. DISTANT WORKSHOPS You can receive workshops at a distance by telephone or an On-Line course. All S.U.N. courses listed on this website can be taken by distant transmission. Receive Our Free Sunday & Monday Transmissions at Home Sunday 9:00am-9:15am & 9:00pm-9:15pm, your local time Every Sunday all SUN teachers do a group transmission of hundreds of different energies. You can receive these energies by “tuning in” (becoming aware). It is not necessary to be in any special state of consciousness, though it does help to get into your quiet, inner space or to be in a meditative state. It is very important that you ask your higher self to select which energies from the hundreds being transmitted that are best for you. There are two purposes for this transmission. It is part of our philosophy of providing ongoing support to people who wish to receive it and to introduce our work to those who are not yet familiar with our workshops. Monday 9:00am-9:15am & 9:00pm-9:15pm, your local time In addition to the weekly Sunday transmissions described above, which come from all the SUN teachers, there are weekly Monday transmissions which come just from Irving Feurst, the SUN network founder and director. The Monday transmissions use energy technologies that are more effective when done separately from the Sunday transmissions.
